We will meet online to discuss your plan at a convenient time that suits you. All plans are set through Training Peaks which is an interactive way to track and record progress.
Your sub 3 training plan will be tailored around YOU. Each week we will discuss how your training went last week and plan accordingly from this.
Attempting to run a sub 3 marathon requires more than just running! I will help you consider nutrition, recovery and the all important psychology of training.
